Tsartlip Youth and Family Program Cultural Exchange Event The Tsartlip Youth and Family Program will be hosting guests from Tauranga Moana on the Te Ika a Maui (North Island) of Aotearoa (New Zealand) for a Cultural Exchange. A group of 40 students plus staff will be visiting from Tauranga Intermediate School. Kapa haka (dance), waiata (song), karakia (prayer), tikanga (protocols) and te reo Maori (language) is the norm, nurtured and treasured. All community members are welcome and encouraged to attend. When: 12-4pm Saturday, October 14th Where: Tribal School Gym Lunch will be included!
