How to access their First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) Health Benefits using the Pacific Blue Cross (PBC) app. This tool can help members manage their benefits more easily and stay informed about their coverage. Be sure to download the app and register using their Status Number and Policy Number 40000.
What Is the PBC App?
The PBC Member App is a secure and convenient way for Status First Nations members in BC to:
- View their FNHA Health Benefits
- Submit and track claims
- Access digital ID cards
- Monitor benefit usage
- Seek Reimbursement
How to Register as an FNHA Client
- Download the App

- Available on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android)
- Search for “Pacific Blue Cross”
- Create an Account

- Tap “Sign Up”
- Enter:

- Date of Birth
- Policy Number: 40000 (specific to FNHA clients)

- Create a username and password
- Verify your email
- Log In and Access Your Benefits

- Once registered, FNHA benefits will be visible in the app
Accessing Pharmacy Benefits
- FNHA clients receive pharmacy coverage through PharmaCare Plan W
- Most pharmacies in BC can bill Plan W or PBC directly
- Members should:
