Tsartlip Housing is preparing an application for CMHC’s s.95 Housing (s.95) which was just announced. CMHC’s On-Reserve Non-Profit Housing Program focuses on building/purchasing new affordable housing on-reserve.

To be ready, Tsartlip Housing is seeking applicants interested in owning and maintaining their own home on their own/family lands.
To be eligible for consideration, the location (land/lot) must be able to be transferred to the Band for the life of the mortgage, and ownership of the lot(s) must be uncontested.
