Good day Tsartlip Social Assistant clients,

There has been some changes within the ISC policy, as well it is annual renewal time. I have set up appointments with a good number of clients already but still have some clients who need to set up a time with me. Please do call or email me to set up a time.

All clients! Are required to do declarations every month, if there isn’t a declaration filled out there will be no cheque, you will have to wait until the following week to meet with the social development coordinator or assistant.

Employable clients:

Work Search forms are due each month on the 18th. You can get a paper copy from the office by the declarations, or you can fill it out online on the Tsartlip website.  If you do not fill out the required work search form, there will be no cheque issuance…

If you are working, and are still eligible for s.a, your cheque day will be a week after the usual cheque day. I do need all the paystubs for the month to be able to process any cheque for the following month. I will no longer send reminders as this is the client’s responsibility to remember and send in.

Hydro:

Hydro bills are due monthly unless you are an equal payment plan. Please do send in your Hydro bills as soon as you can, either by dropping it off or emailing it.

My office hrs are from 8:30am to 3pm, I also work from home from time to time, if you are unable to get ahold of me on those days you can email me or call the office and leave a number for me to call you back.
