When a project is proposed within our traditional territory and archaeological permits are needed, Tsartlip First Nation takes in information requests from various agencies across the municipal, provincial and federal governments. This allows Tsartlip First Nation to oversee and protect our Traditional Territory.

We work with all levels of government and archaeology firms and assist with the consultation process. The goal is to create an environment where reconciliation between all aspects of government and Tsartlip First Nation is the main priority.
