Tuesdays at Tsartlip Health offer Yoga, Balance, and Strength Training to community members of all ages!

Yoga, Strength, and Balance Training have been added to the 10 week Road to Wellness program!

Community members of all ages and abilities are invited to attend Tuesdays at Tsartlip Health.

Training with Benecore is each week and yoga is every other week.

Studies show weight lifting, balance and yoga can help reduce falls, risk of cardiovascular disease while increasing energy and improving mental health.
