Important Notice: JULY 27th – Smoke Testing on Sewers

Tsartlip Public Works & Housing and C3 Mainline Inspections Inc. will be performing smoke testing of the Sanitary Sewer and Storm Drainage system in Tsartlip Reserve No.1 on Tuesday July 27th from 9am to 4 pm.

The smoke testing will help to identify possible Cross Connections in the system, which is a very important part of keeping the system running efficiently and keeping it environmentally friendly.

The smoke used for testing is completely non-toxic, and poses no threat to your health. If you see smoke in and around your neighborhood when our crews are in the vicinity please do not be alarmed.

It may be necessary for our field crew to enter your yard during the testing but there is no need for them to enter your house unless you have detected smoke and want them to identify the source of the leak.
