Indian Day School Class Action Settlement – Support Available
My name is Brenda Bartleman. I am supporting the W̱SÁNEĆ communities with their applications in the ‘INDIAN DAY SCHOOLS CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT ‘.
For those of you who are yet to apply and need assistance with the application, I can support you with the paperwork.
The Indian Day School (IDS) claims (applications) are due: July 13, 2022. This leaves less than one (1) year to have your application into the INDIAN DAY SCHOOLS CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT.
When submitting your application, you will need to provide valid government-issued identification (ID). Examples: BC Driver’s License, BC Medical Card, Status Card, Birth Certificate, etc. These IDs will need to be photocopied front and back. DO NOT SEND ORIGINALS. Photocopy all paperwork that you will be sending to Deloitte, Indian Day Schools Class Action Claims Administrator. The photocopy is for you to keep for your records or you can file your application with me.
If you are claiming for a loved one, that attended the Tsartlip Indian Day School, you can contact me with the information I have provided below. During this process, in claiming for a loved one, it can be very timely and I suggest starting the process as quickly as possible.
