The Administration Department provides strategic leadership, oversight, and coordination for Tsartlip by supporting the delivery of programs and services, helping other departments meet their goals, and ensuring all activities are aligned with Council direction, community priorities, and Tsartlip’s overarching vision. Additionally, the Department manages funding relationships and leads policy development, intergovernmental relations, and community planning. This year, the Department played a key role in coordinating and overseeing major initiatives, including land use planning, the MÁWUEĆ Addition-toReserve process, signage planning, and the early phases of the Comprehensive Community Plan (CCP).
