If members wish to have direct deposit, the form on this page, along with the attached direct deposit slip has to be in by Friday Dec. 02, 2022 at the latest. If your banking information has not changed, we will still have it on file. You just have to make note of it on the form.
Absolute deadline for forms (cheque) will be on Monday Dec.12,2022.
If you don’t have access to a printer, you can call Nora Tom at the office to fill a form out for a cheque.
